Email not sending or arriving: step-by-step troubleshooting
Separate sign-in failure, submission failure and recipient delivery failure. Test one example instead of repeatedly resending it.
Incoming mail
Verify the recipient address, authoritative MX records, active mailbox and available storage. Search Junk, Trash and other folders, and review forwarding and filtering rules.
Outgoing mail
Use IMAP: kurumsal.civema.com, port 993 with SSL/TLS. SMTP: kurumsal.civema.com, port 587 with STARTTLS or 465 with SSL/TLS. Both require your full email address and mailbox password. Enable outgoing server authentication.
If webmail works but a device does not, inspect its stored password, SMTP settings and network restrictions. Do not use port 25 in the mail application.
Report useful evidence
4xx replies usually indicate temporary failures; 5xx replies usually indicate permanent rejection. Read the accompanying explanation. A Sent-folder copy is not proof of inbox placement. Provide the time zone, sender, recipient, application, full error and message ID when available. Never provide passwords or private keys.
Thanks for your feedback!
