## Incoming mail

Verify the recipient address, authoritative MX records, active mailbox and available storage. Search Junk, Trash and other folders, and review forwarding and filtering rules.

## Outgoing mail

Use IMAP: kurumsal.civema.com, port 993 with SSL/TLS. SMTP: kurumsal.civema.com, port 587 with STARTTLS or 465 with SSL/TLS. Both require your full email address and mailbox password. Enable outgoing server authentication.
