How to create a Civema business email mailbox

This guide applies to Civema business email hosted at kurumsal.civema.com, not cPanel mailboxes included with a hosting plan.

Create the mailbox

1. Sign in to your Civema customer account and open My Services.
2. Select the active business email service and open its mailbox management section.
3. Add a mailbox with its address, display name and a unique strong password.
4. Assign storage within the package allowance. Each mailbox currently has a maximum of 2 GB; the domain also has a shared total limit.
5. Save and sign in at Civema email using the full email address.

Before receiving mail

The mailbox must exist before changing MX records. If you are migrating, keep the old service available until messages and DNS are verified. Creating an order alone does not create a working mailbox. If provisioning or quota checks fail, include the error and time in a support request without sharing passwords.
