Professional communication on your own domain
Keep business conversations separate from personal accounts. Civema business email combines individual mailboxes, spam and virus filtering, webmail, calendars and contacts.
Storage sized for your team
Starter includes 1 mailbox and 2 GB. Business includes 5 mailboxes and 10 GB total. Team includes 10 mailboxes and 20 GB total. Each mailbox has a 2 GB maximum. Messages, attachments and mail folders count towards the quota.
Aliases deliver messages addressed to additional names into an existing mailbox; they do not create separate accounts.
Connect your preferred devices
Use Civema Webmail in your browser, or connect Outlook and mobile email apps using IMAP and SMTP. Server: kurumsal.civema.com. IMAP: port 993 with SSL/TLS. SMTP: port 587 with STARTTLS or port 465 with SSL/TLS. Your username is your full email address.
Calendars and contacts are available in webmail. Synchronisation with desktop software depends on the application's supported protocols.
Domain and DNS setup
Each package supports one business domain; domain registration is separate. After provisioning, point your MX record to kurumsal.civema.com and configure SPF, your domain-specific DKIM key and DMARC. Plan mailbox creation and migration before changing DNS for an existing mail service.
Filtering reduces spam and malware risks. Inbox placement cannot be guaranteed: domain authentication, message content, recipient engagement and sender reputation all matter. These packages are intended for business correspondence, not bulk marketing.
Billing and backups
Compare monthly and annual billing using the total due today. Taxes and renewal charges are shown at checkout. Off-server backups are not included; keep independent copies of important correspondence.
