Confirm your mailbox exists and that webmail accepts its password before setting up Apple Mail.

1. Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts. Older iOS versions may list Mail directly in Settings.
2. Choose Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, full address and mailbox password, then select IMAP.
4. Enter both incoming and outgoing credentials, even if outgoing fields appear optional.

Use IMAP: kurumsal.civema.com, port 993 with SSL/TLS. SMTP: kurumsal.civema.com, port 587 with STARTTLS or 465 with SSL/TLS. Both require your full email address and mailbox password. Enable outgoing server authentication.

After saving, verify folders and send a controlled test. Fetch frequency affects battery use and delivery notifications. Deleting an IMAP message on the phone can delete it on other devices. Preserve local drafts before removing an account. Never disable encryption to bypass a certificate error. See [Apple's account setup guide](https://support.apple.com/en-ie/102619).
